Stijn van de Laar is a Technology & Services Partner at the Amsterdam office of Odgers Berndtson. Stijn will focus on senior executive assignments for organizations dealing with Digital Transformations and for organizations within the Technology & Services sector. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson Stijn worked for 12 years at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines in various management positions where he gained considerable experience in business transformation and digitization. In his last role as Director Retail & Media, he transformed the onboard Retail offer for KLM. He holds a master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Utrecht University and followed an executive program ‘Leading Digital Business Transformation’ at IMD Lausanne.
