Biography
Tricia Lafond is a seasoned executive search consultant with over a decade of experience in the healthcare executive search industry.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she served as a Vice President, Search Consultant at AMN Healthcare, where she successfully developed and maintained relationships with over 40 healthcare clients across the United States including academic medical centers, IDNs, community-based health systems, and large medical groups. Tricia's client centered approach and deep understanding of the healthcare landscape have enabled her to establish many long-standing, strategic client partnerships.
Before joining AMN Healthcare, Tricia held key roles at The Stowe Group and McKesson Corporation, where she demonstrated her ability to drive revenue growth and support client engagements. At The Stowe Group, she expanded relationships with major clients like GE Healthcare and Stanford University Medical Center.
At McKesson, she managed customer relationships for healthcare provider and payer clients, ensuring the successful implementation of various healthcare solutions. Her role as Account Executive involved coordinating with multiple teams to deliver comprehensive client support and project management.
Tricia's career began at Boston Children’s Hospital as a Managed Care Analyst. She then joined the Lewin Group, where she honed her skills in account management and healthcare consulting. She holds a Master of Science in Health Policy and Management from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science from Providence College. Outside of her professional life, Tricia is an active member of ACHE, HFMA, and the Providence College Health Policy Management Advisory Committee.
