Aaron graduated with degrees in Laws and Commerce from Deakin University in Melbourne. With 14 years of experience specialising in legal search, Aaron has extensive knowledge of the private practice market globally. Given his area of specialisation, Aaron has built a strong network of leading law firms and lawyers across a wide range of practice areas throughout Australia. Aaron focuses on partner search ranging from key leadership appointments, including managing partners and practice heads, to junior partner and partner designate positions. In addition, Aaron assists law firms with the facilitation of national and global practice mergers and team acquisitions. He joined the group as a Director for SR Search in 2013 and moved to the Taylor Root brand in 2021. Aaron is responsible for legal search across Australia.
