Due to digitization things are becoming increasingly quantifiable and more easily kept track of. The challenge is turning these into actionable insights. That results in new career options for professionals in Analytics and Operations. Thanks to the experience, I gained in the Health, Manufacturing, and Private Equity fields I am very versed in both sides of the coin, of candidates and employers. The type of company I work for is very versatile. When I work for a start-up I often tap into people at C-level. I also work for large international companies. That means the jobs on offer are a bit lower ranked in the organization. The fact that I am able to offer such a diverse range of options is very much appreciated.
