Marit Kamark brings more than a decades of executive search experience, having successfully led domestic and cross-border senior search assignments within a broad specter of industries hereunder manufacturing, energy/renewable, but also within the consumer and financial sector. Ms. Kamark has a proven track record, and has assisted both large corporations, mid-cap companies and private equity portfolio companies in evaluating, recruiting and developing executives. She has extensive experience with complex recruitment assignments and is used to handling a wide range of interest groups. Her experience also spans succession planning, mentoring and board evaluation processes. Marit has assessed and guided numerous female leadership talents as part of a program intended to increase the representations of women within the Norwegian corporate world. Prior to joining the Executive Search industry, Kamark worked as an advisor to the Norwegian UK Chamber of Commerce in London as well as the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise in Oslo. She also has journalistic experience from various publications and media companies. Kamark graduated from City University, London; Master of Arts International Journalism. In addition, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School. She is fluent in Norwegian and English.
