Pilar Tarry is the global co-lead of the M&A and Transaction Advisory group at AlixPartners, with experience culled from 25 years helping corporate and private equity clients create value throughout the transaction lifecycle. A pragmatic, hands-on, and people-oriented leader, Pilar is known for delivering high-impact results in complex, pressurized environments. She is a strong advocate and sponsor of inclusive leadership initiatives at AlixPartners. She holds an MBA from Michigan State University and is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor. Pilar's experience includes guiding clients through complex M&A and restructuring solutions, including as a Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO). She has deep expertise driving complex carve-outs and separations, accelerated value capture programs, contingency planning and recapitalizations. With clients spanning a number of industries, Pilar’s experience spikes toward industrial companies, frequently with a global footprint.
