Kate is a leader with 25+ years of global operating and consulting experience helping clients to tackle their most critical challenges. Her areas of expertise include complex business transformation, performance improvement and operational turnaround. She has a track record of delivery assurance and leading recovery for $100m+ programs that have hit turbulence, and high-stakes situations where failure is not an option. Kate has held board and advisory roles in the third sector for more than 2 decades, including Chair of a Westminster-based charity since 2022. She is a Fellow of the RSA: Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.
