Previously, Mr, Mullinjer served as the regional leader of a global executive search firm in Asia Pacific and the Middle East from 2011 to 2017. He led the firm's market entry strategy into China, establishing the firm's Beijing and Shanghai offices and spearheading two strategic acquisitions in Dubai and Australia. Mr, Mullinjer is an Australian national who speaks fluent Mandarin having lived and worked in China for 20 years and his experience spans Asia Pacific. He interacts frequently with the CEOs of the region's most successful businesses and has deep insight into the different business dynamics in markets as diverse as China, Australia, India, Middle East and Japan. Mr, Mullinjer's practical experience is balanced by academic research. He holds two bachelors and two masters' degrees and has completed research on joint venture management in China at the Australian National University. In addition, Mr, Mullinjer has recently completed the INSEAD Executive Masters Degree in Individual and Organizational Psychology. He speaks and reads Mandarin Chinese.
