Matt Meyer works closely with industry clients to address leadership challenges and recruit top international talent. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Matt was a Vice President at Alphasights, a global leader in Knowledge Search, where he most recently led their management consulting business in Europe and set up their Asia-Pacific Enterprise business in Hong Kong. He began his career as a Research Consultant at FX Concepts in New York City and is a German native. Matthias received his BA and MPP from the University of Virginia and holds an MBA from HKUST Business School.
