Callum Wallace is a Principal with Odgers Berndtson, based in Vancouver. He specializes in senior leadership searches across a broad range of industries and functional positions in British Columbia. Callum also focuses on board level appointments for profit and non-for-profit organizations. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Callum was a Consultant at Berwick Partners, a division of Odgers Berndtson in the United Kingdom, where he focused on the recruitment of senior managers within the infrastructure services and technology sectors. Callum also worked at a boutique technology search firm in London and Singapore where he was responsible for business development and execution of search work within the telecommunications and infrastructure services sectors. Callum holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of Liverpool. He is also a passionate skier who spends his weekends teaching at the local Vancouver mountains.
