Ms. Mathys has fourteen years' experience in evaluating and developing executive- and board-level individuals across all sectors. She works with large global organizations, helping them upgrade talent and align it with strategic objectives. Ms. Mathys has extensive experience in designing leadership frameworks and managing UK- and international-based projects. She also has considerable experience working across Europe and Asia. Ms. Mathys started her career in the search business at Korn Ferry before moving into leadership consulting. She then spent two years at a start-up helping to develop its leadership services offering before returning to Whitehead Mann in 2008. Ms. Mathys has a bachelor of arts degree (honors) in law and Spanish from Exeter University and a master's degree in organizational behavior from the University of London.
