As a Consultant, Sjoerd Verkleij focuses on Executive Search. His mission is to improve organisations' results through effective leadership. He is experienced with international business and is leading projects for clients worldwide. He has sector knowledge in Professional Services, Industry and Private Equity. Sjoerd worked for seven years as a senior consultant in recruitment and selection in locations in the Utrecht area. As a senior consultant, he was responsible for recruitment, selection and account management for profit and non-profit organisations. Sjoerd has a Bachelor's in Business Administration obtained at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM). He completed a Master's in Human Resource Management at the RSM afterwards. Sjoerd is active on the football field on a weekly basis as a referee for the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB). He is also acting as a board member of the foundation that supports the referee association in Utrecht (SVDU).
