In Executive Search since 2004, 5 years before joining Odgers berndtson, I led Lyte Talent Solutions. Since 2014 I have been involved in projects for the assessment of top teams, leadership development and educational programs for top managers. My main hobbies are family and friends, as well as sports and reading.
