Biography
Ms. Chulef brings nearly two decades of experience to the Firm, gained from working internationally as a talent management consultant to executives, management teams, and organizations and leveraging deep expertise in leadership and talent assessment.
At Korn Ferry, she specializes in the assessment and development of individuals and teams, with the goal of maximizing the business effectiveness and leadership potential of her clients across all industries.
Ms. Chulef has long-standing experience working one-on-one with leaders at all levels to help them gain a strategic understanding of their leadership, communication, and personal styles, and to advise on opportunities to fulfill their career and personal potential.
As an experienced trainer and facilitator, Ms. Chulef has also guided management teams in the identification and development of high-performance behaviors, diagnosing the qualities linked to business success.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry Ms. Chulef was an independent consultant and partnered with Decision Dynamics, where she leveraged their intellectual property and gained expertise with leadership assessment methodologies.
Ms. Chulef received her doctorate in social psychology from the University of Southern California, and her bachelor's degree in psychology from Mount Holyoke College. She is fluent in Spanish.
