Sylvain Dhenin is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Paris and Brussels offices and is a co-regional managing partner of the CEO & Board of Directors Practice in Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa. Sylvain recruits chairs, CEOs, C-suite executives, and non-executive directors for some of the world’s leading companies. He has extensive experience in a broad range of industries including industrial, technology, consumer & retail, professional services, and private equity. Sylvain was previously vice chair of a global executive search firm and head of their European, Middle East and Asia Pacific operations, which led to a significant expansion of the firm’s presence in Europe. Before that, he was managing partner of another executive search firm, leading its operations in France. He began his career at Danone, the multinational food products company.
