Biography
Ms. Schulz is an organisational development professional with over 20 years consulting experience in identifying and implementing solutions for the selection and retention of staff, career and leadership development, succession planning and organisational development.
Ms. Schulz's experience extends across a wide variety of clients, industries and assignments. She has a breath of experience working with clients in the banking and finance, resources, health, manufacturing, retail, professional services, FMCG, government and non-profit sectors, as well as leading a number of large scale talent identification and HIPO programs.
Ms. Schulz's specific areas of expertise and experience lie in psychometric assessment for talent identification and development, success profiling and organisational capability frameworks, volume recruitment projects including graduate recruitment, assessment and development centres, talent management and succession planning, survey design and feedback including 360s and engagement surveys, team development, coaching and career transition and learning design, development and delivery.
Ms. Schulz is particularly passionate about working with leaders in creating the behavioural and mindset shifts that enhance business impact.
Ms. Schulz holds a Bachelor of Education from Griffith University and a Bachelor of Arts Psychology with Honours from the University of Queensland, and is a fully registered psychologist. She brings a comprehensive set of evidence-based methodologies to her work and is accredited in several globally recognised tools including Hogan, Saville and the SHL suite of products. She is also accredited in many of Korn Ferry's assessment tools including KF4D, KFALP and via Edge.
