Christy is a partner in the Boston office, focusing on financial officer searches. He joins True from Howard Fischer Associates where he worked for three years on their emerging business practice focusing on venture capital/private equity-backed technology companies. At True, he focuses on strategic CFO searches for venture and private equity-backed companies. Christy has partnered with SFW Capital, Great Hill partners, ParkerGale, FirstMark Capital, and Bain Capital to help hire strategic CFOs for their portfolio companies. He has completed searches for Interactions, Boxed, CultureIQ, and SEMrush. Christy graduated from Colby College where he majored in government and history and minored in classical studies and was a member of the Colby rugby team. In his spare time, he enjoys running marathons, boxing, and participating in the Pan Mass Challenge.
