Biography
Katherine Kang is a Senior Consultant at Stanton Chase Korea. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Katherine worked as a researcher at the National Research Council for Humanities and brings over 12 years of experience in executive search.
She has been instrumental in helping clients search for and identify top-tier leadership talent for their most critical roles. Katherine has a proven track record of recruiting C-level and senior professionals, including lawyers, patent attorneys, and high-level consultants across diverse sectors.
Katherine excels in conducting thorough reference checks and assessing whether candidates possess leadership qualities that align with each client’s unique requirements and organizational values. Her proactive approach and adaptability allow her to swiftly understand client needs and deliver customized solutions, earning the trust and confidence of those she serves. Katherine brings deep insights into the rapidly evolving talent market landscape and changing dynamics of corporate organizations.

Katherine holds a Ph.D. in Human Resources and Organizational Management from Soongsil University, where she also serves as an adjunct professor teaching business management courses. She also earned a Master’s degree in Oriental Philosophy from Seoul National University and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Ewha Womans University.
