Based in Copenhagen, Christoffer With is active in Egon Zehnder’s Energy & Industrial Practice Groups. He is passionate about helping clients on their energy transition journeys and works extensively with corporations scale-up companies in oil & gas, renewables, and new energies in their journey towards net zero. Christoffer also serves as a strategic advisor to clients on critical talent needs and on board advisory work. Christoffer was previously part of Egon Zehnder’s Houston Office. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, he earned a master’s degree from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. Outside of work, Christoffer is a big sports fan who spends his free time skiing, playing soccer, tennis and padel. He enjoys travelling and exploring new cultures.
