Sarah Taylor is a Senior Consultant specialising in Board and senior level searches for B2C and B2B2C PE and VC-backed, founder-owned, listed and private businesses going through digital growth and/or transformation. With over 15 years of international executive search experience, she has an extensive network of investors, founders and company executives in Europe and beyond. Prior to joining the Up Group in 2022, Sarah was at Korn Ferry, working globally on searches with top-tier hospitality and real estate operators, developers and investors. Previously she worked for some of Europe’s top boutique search firms, building expertise in consumer-facing businesses and helping to build the Chief Marketing Officer practice at Norman Broadbent. She read Politics, Philosophy and Economics at the University of Oxford and is learning (with limited success) to code in Swift.
