Mr. Wetsels brings over a decade of experience with our Firm and has served a broad range of clients across multiple sectors and geographies. Today, Mr. Wetsels advises senior leaders and organizations with regards to executive recruitment as well as other human capital topics. His focus ranges from sustainable agricultural value chains to the future of industrial manufacturing. Mr. Wetsels joined the Firm in 2010 as a Researcher in our Brussels office, where he mainly covered industrial sectors. Between 2013 and 2018 Mr. Wetsels was based in Singapore. As a member of the Consumer Markets team, he executed a wide range of senior level searches across consumer goods, retail and food ingredients in the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Wetsels moved to Amsterdam in 2018 and was a Managing Associate prior to his current role. Mr. Wetsels, a Belgian national, has lived in Belgium, Spain, Singapore and the Netherlands. He holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, as well as a Master of Management from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
