Andrea Cardani brings almost 20 years of invaluable expertise in the complexities of economic and financial analyses in litigation proceedings. His expertise spans international arbitration, damages, contractual disputes, and antitrust matters.
Andrea's assignments have taken him to the forefront of high-stakes international investment and commercial arbitration proceedings, where he has quantified economic damages under the auspices of ICSID, ICC, PCA, and UNCITRAL. With a focus on emerging markets, he excels in designing and implementing sophisticated valuation and financial analyses, leveraging his extensive knowledge across a diverse array of industries, including oil and gas and extraction industries.
His client base spans the globe, including companies and governments from Europe, Asia, South America, and North America.
