Angela brings over 25 years’ experience in organizational strategy, people strategy and business transformation both through consulting and industry experience. She has advised and delivered transformative people and business outcomes in global consumer, life science, retail, hospitality and automotive industries, covering a range of clients including FTSE listed, Privately Owned and Private Equity backed. Working with C-suite and functional leaders, Angela’s breadth of experience, alongside her people strategy, organization and change specialisms, combines effective solutions architecture with delivery impact for sustainable improvement outcomes in people and their organisations. Prior to joining Korn Ferry Angela served on the EALA leadership team for the Consumer Products sector of a leading global consulting and professional service firm. Alongside her international client focus Angela led the EALA HR, Talent & Consulting practice and new solution innovations. Angela also brings industry experience from Commerical Management and Global People Transformation Director roles held either side of her consulting career. Angela holds a BSc Honours degree in Business Studies from Aston University and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, the UK&I professional body for HR and people development.
