Ms. Jolly partners with and advises executive level clients on human resource transformation initiatives including organization design, performance management, succession planning, competency modeling, and job family modeling. She facilitates the development of compensation and workforce policies and procedures in client organizations to advance their short-term and long-term business objectives.
Ms. Jolly provides consulting services on internal equity and external market competitiveness, including helping organizations determine and articulate their compensation philosophy to establish an equitable classification system.
Ms. Jolly is a seasoned compensation and workforce analysis consulting professional with over twelve years of progressive global client experience.
Ms. Jolly's specializations include job evaluation and measurement, compensation benchmarking, workforce analysis and planning, compensation surveys, organization design, succession planning, job family modeling, client relationship management, and project management.
Her work has spanned a multitude of industries across various geographies including financial, education, manufacturing, chemical, services, real estate, and sectors including quasi-government, public, private, and not-for-profit.
Ms. Jolly holds an MBA from The American University and is a WorldAtWork Certified Compensation Professional. She is a member of WorldAtWork and a member of Washington Area Compensation and Benefits Association (WACABA).
