Samiron is a global business transformation and digital/technology leader with over two decades of leadership experience in consulting and technology companies across India, APAC and EU markets. As a transformation expert, he has hands on experience building and scaling businesses including managing P&L and operations. Prior to joining Amrop, Samiron was responsible for managing the Digital Business at Rockwell Automation (APAC Region) in Singapore. His past professional associations also include IBM, EY, Wipro, SAP and Tata Steel. At EY he was instrumental in setting up and scaling the Technology Consulting Practice. As one of the founder members of EY Global Technology Consulting Board his responsibilities included managing global strategy, alliances, delivery methodology and skill buildup. He was also the co-leader for Global Emerging Markets Advisory Core group working on strategy, alliances, acquisitions, sales and delivery across 84 countries globally. He brings with him a deep understanding of Energy & Utilities, Metals/Mining, FS, manufacturing, Consumer & e-GOV and technologies like IoT, AI/ML, Analytics, AR/VR, MES, PLM & ERP. Samiron is also currently the Chairperson of Indo-Pacific National Committee at the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII). He is a graduate of IIT Roorkee and with MBA in Marketing & Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur. He lives in Gurgaon with wife and family. Other than work & family, he is passionate about golf, global travel, and fine arts.
