TJ has more than 20 years of industry and consulting experience in the delivery of large-scale transformation programs in areas of strategy and growth, cost reduction, operational efficiencies, and highly complex program management. He has deep experience within the broad hospitality space (e.g., restaurant, hotel, gaming, travel) and consumer products area with a special focus on food and packaging businesses. Clients benefit from his ability to lead from experience in a diverse set of business situations for mid-scale and large corporations as well as with private equity partners. TJ's functional experience is broad and covers strategy, G&A, lean operations, commercial effectiveness, sourcing and distribution, organizational effectiveness, and program management with emphasis in Restaurants, Consumer Products & many other Industrials. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was with LSG Sky Chefs in the airline catering industry.
