With more than a decade of experience in admissions leadership within higher education, Kim Migoya brings to her role as associate a keen appreciation for the nuances of academia. Kim is communicative and collaborative with clients, making sure to understand their leadership needs and what types of individuals can meet those needs. She also excels at developing relationships with leadership candidates across higher education, supporting them in their career aspirations to find roles aligned with their skills and values. Most recently, Kim served as director of graduate business admissions and recruitment for the University of Miami in Miami, Florida. In this role, she led recruitment strategy across all executive, professional and full-time MBA programs with a commitment to increasing diversity within the classroom and improving the candidate journey from application to enrollment. Prior to the University of Miami, Kim also managed recruiting for undergraduate and graduate programs at Ai Miami International University of Art & Design.
