Justin joined RRA via the acquisition of Savage Partners, a leading boutique executive search firm serving growth equity backed software companies, where he was a founding partner. He is heavily focused on growing SaaS companies, but he has also recruited world-class teams to clients ranging from early-stage venture capital backed to middle-market private equity backed as well as publicly traded technology companies in the infrastructure software, SaaS, eCommerce, consumer internet and mobile space. Justin graduated summa cum laude with degrees in economics and finance from the University of Hartford.
