Biography
Mr. Pulver's client list include public and private real estate investment and development firms, real estate/infrastructure-focused private equity and impact investment funds, architecture, engineering, environmental and construction services firms, public-private partnerships and a diverse set of organizations who provide the financing, products, services and technology that create and maintain the built and natural environment.
Mr. Pulver's practice focuses on CEO and board succession in addition to a broad range of executive and officer-level placements across investment, development, ESG, acquisitions, operations, finance, capital raising and other functional disciplines. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Pulver was a consultant in Mercer's Talent Consulting practice where he assisted his clients in developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex human capital issues including executive and board compensation, sales force effectiveness and organizational development and design. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pulver led a team of executive search professionals focused on permanent and project placements in corporate finance and accounting.
Mr. Pulver holds an MBA from The Anderson School of Management at The University of California, Los Angeles and a BA in Psychology from The University of Maryland, College Park. Mr. Pulver is active with The Anderson School's Los Angeles Alumni Network and previously served on the Board of Directors for the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group and as President of the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles chapter of Kids Enjoy Exercise Now (KEEN); a non-profit organization that provides non-competitive athletic events for children and young adults with physical and mental disabilities.
