With nearly a decade's worth of executive search experience, Mr. Parise has successfully recruited numerous senior executives and has participated in various local and regional assignments for different multinational corporations, as well as start-up and fast-growth companies. In Korn Ferry, he is responsible for Business Development, supporting client management and solution architecture in services lines such as: Single Search, Projects, RPO and Consultancy Services to the entire Region. Additionally, he possesses a professional background in the chemical and petrochemical space, working for companies such as Grupo Ultra, French Rhodia, and American Dow. Mr. Parise also has experience in supply chain and sales, leading and developing products and projects for a wide range of industry sectors. He holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering at the University of Campinas (Unicamp) and a Six Sigma Certification.
