Paolo has more than 15 years experience working for major global financial institutions in Europe and the United States, with deep expertise in regulation, risk management, finance, commercial banking, and banking and insurance operations. Paolo has direct knowledge of key supervisors, having supported the execution of important cross-country regulatory exercises. Paolo advises clients across several geographies, offering a broad range of services including executive search, leadership advisory and corporate governance. Paolo earned his Master of Science in theoretical physics at the Sapienza University of Rome, and he received his MBA from the London Business School. He is an Italian native speaker and fluent in English.
