Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Justin was for seven years the Managing Partner of a boutique executive search firm located in London and prior to that was the Managing Director of a global search and leadership advisory firm with offices in London and the US. Justin has over twenty years' deep domain expertise in executive search and leadership development, advising clients on business-critical senior-level appointments in the global communications market. His recent work in this area has focused on the movement of talent between incumbents and disruptors. He works with established, emerging, publicly-owned and private equity-backed organisations in mobile and communications services, focusing on appointments at senior executive levels. Notable projects include helping operators and telecom services businesses address new talent needs as well as leading succession planning projects. Justin's early career was spent in marketing with Honeywell Control Systems and he is also a core member of the firm's Global Marketing Officer Practice. With an emphasis on General Management, Senior Marketing , Product, Commercial and Customer roles he works with both B to C and B to B products and services businesses. Justin graduated from Durham University with a degree in Philosophy and Theology.
