Mr. Mills focusses on "Emerging Leader Talent" throughout the region by, identifying, developing and appointing the next generation of leaders, in Senior Management and Leadership roles, across multiple industries and functions. He has worked in the region since 2017 initially with the Executive Search practice, focussing on appointments at a Director, C-Suite and Board level, for leading regional and multinational companies, as well as the region's renowned family conglomerates. Mr. Mills joined the Firm in Switzerland in 2012, originally with the Firm's Professional Search division where he successfully established the first functional Centre of Expertise for the EMEA region. He was a member of the EMEA leadership team, as well as being responsible for leading the Swiss country search operations. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Mills was an Associate Director in a leading global recruitment company for 9 years working in several European cities. Prior to this, he worked for a boutique search firm for 2 years in the UK. Mr. Mills brings more than 19 years professional & executive search experience and has lived and worked in London, Paris, Geneva, Zurich and Dubai. His native language is English and he is fluent in French. He completed his Global Executive MBA at HULT International Business School, earning a distinction and gaining a specialisation in Occupational Psychology.
