Krys co-leads the HR Function, partnering with clients cross-sector in the Specialist Functions arena, consisting of Reward, HR Technology, and People Analytics. With a decade of experience, Krys has led successful teams and personally facilitated senior and complex assignments with a variety of firms. He has concluded retained searches with some of the globes most well-known household names to strict deadlines, whilst building out HR functions for clients seeking to IPO in high growth and transformative settings. Conversely, he has partnered with organisations in remote locations to confidentially map and headhunt the best talent in the market. Krys graduated from Stirling University in Business Studies combined with Economics before joining a global search business for just under a decade. Outside of work he is a committed Christian involved in his local church, an ex professional tennis coach, avid gym goer, and enjoys spending time in Surrey with his wife, Catherine.
