Kelley has been in the staffing industry since 2015. She has worked a full-desk, supporting the light industrial and administrative industries, and led a team of recruiters. Her recent experience within the staffing industry has been working to support the internal hiring efforts for one of the largest staffing agencies in the world. During her tenure, Kelley has established strong relationships with leadership, hiring managers, HRBPs, and Operations in order to understand the requirements of the role, the dynamics of the company/team and act as a business partner to meet their staffing needs. Kelley has filled staffing positions in IT, Life Sciences, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, as well as General staffing. She has grown to become an expert at identifying the best candidate for the role based on job description, qualifications, experience, and assessment results. She has spent the last several years building and growing a strong network of staffing professionals throughout the midwest and northeast regions of the United States. Kelley prides herself with her consistent communication and follow-up. She graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN with a BA in Financial Economics and Mathematics. She grew up in a small town in central MN and currently resides in St. Paul, MN. Kelley loves spending time outdoors year-round and enjoying the food culture the Twin Cities has to offer.
