Jason has 15+ years of Leadership development and strategic operations experience. He has led teams all over the world, in highly fluid and dynamic operational environments. He has worked at the highest levels of the LifeSciences industry, leading transformations, training executive communication, establishing doctrine and policy and aligning operational execution. He has consulting experience throughout the Nordics, EU and North America. Jason is business oriented and driven by client value creation and ROI. He is pragmatic and direct in his approach to delivering efficient and effective results. Jason has worked with LifeSciences companies on the executive level and is a senior member of the EMEA advisory staff. He is part of Korn Ferry’s network of advisory consultants specializing in the LifeSciences industry. Jason holds a Bachelors Degree in Supervision and Management from Florida State College at Jacksonville and a Masters in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. He has also received training in Design Thinking from IDEO at University of St. Gallen Switzerland and attended numerous professional courses in strategy, operations, tactics, leadership and global operational planning from The United States Department of Defense. He is a native English speaker and understands intermediate level Danish.
