Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she was a Senior Director of Transformation at RBC advancing the human resources strategy, transformation, and program portfolio. In a previous role, Ms. Thompson was a Director of Consulting Services with CGI, a global provider of technology and business solutions, focusing on driving digital and business transformations within the financial services industry. She also has experience consulting with clients on organizational change management and psychometric assessment. Ms. Thompson has a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph and an Honours Bachelor of Arts at York University, with a specialization in Psychology.
