Annemarie Depue is a Partner at Odgers Berndtson. She brings a deep understanding of leveraging talent in disruptive and growth-oriented organizations, with a particular focus on the technology, private equity, and government sectors.
Her passion shines through in her work with leadership teams that integrate technology in creative and progressive ways, particularly in the fields of TMT, e-commerce, payments, and sports betting & gaming. With over 15 years of experience in consulting and executive search advisory roles, Annemarie has become an invaluable asset to businesses and government agencies in both the American and European markets.
Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Annemarie most recently served as Managing Director at The RieGroup, where she played a crucial role in executive coaching and leadership transitions. Her tenure at Essenta Partners in both the United States and London honed her skills in executive talent solutions for businesses operating in several geographies, while her experience at Drax Executive, Russell Reynolds, and SkillCapital in London was focused on leadership recommendations for private capital-backed institutions.
Annemarie is a proud alumna of The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where she earned her M.Sc. in The History of International Relations. She also holds a B.A. in English from Virginia Tech.
Annemarie is equally as busy outside of the professional sphere. She is a mother of three children, a passionate cook, tennis player, and avid reader.
