Paloma Marcos is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Madrid office. With more than 20 years of experience in senior-level executive search and leadership advisory, she is a member of the firm’s Financial Officer, Professional Services, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Legal, Compliance & Government Affairs and Real Estate practices. She is also a core member of Spencer Stuart’s Financial Officer Practice in EMEA, with a special focus on digital, media, technology and telecommunication spaces. Paloma has lived in Spain, UK and Ireland. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law from University Complutense in Madrid and a master’s degree in EU law from San Pablo C.E.U University. She post-graduated with an executive master’s in Human Resources from Centro de Estudios Garrigues and an Executive Programme from IESE. Paloma speaks Spanish, English and conversational French.
