In her roles with two leading consulting companies prior to joining Korn Ferry, Karen has worked on diverse talent and leadership assessments, competency framework development, C-suite succession planning, culture-shaping and executive search projects (in Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East). Her clients include those in financial services, natural resources, technology, education, construction and government-linked sectors. Karen is a business graduate of Victoria University of Wellington, NZ, specializing in HR. She is accredited in psychometric assessment tools including Hogan, Saville Wave, MBTI and Strengths Profile. Born in Malaysia, Karen has lived in New Zealand, the UK, Italy and Singapore, and leverages her international exposure and cross-cultural understanding to support her clients. Her language skills include English, Malay and Italian.
