An MBA in HR & Marketing with over 24 years of experience, I started my career in human resource. After working for about 8 years, I decided to move to recruitment industry and joined Kelly Services where I felt I can contribute more with my skills, education and experience. Observing my passion for work, business influencing skills and growth trajectory, I was later moved to BTI Consultants (an executive search arm of Kelly Services) with a clear focus on the industrial, infrastructure and Consumer space. Over a period of time, got opportunities to attend various training programmes that certified me for leadership coaching and career transition services. The leadership position also brought additional tasks and responsibilities which included managing teams at different locations and having overview of other practices like consumer, among others. When free from professional engagements, I am a keen follower of international politics and business and enjoy reading literature on philosophical understanding of life/environment with an intention to learn and contribute to society in my own small way.
