Biography
Theresa Johnstone is a creative, trusted advisor to clients across industries, helping to identify and develop executives who will drive customer activation and growth. Based in Minneapolis, she has almost a decade of experience in marketing communications, customer insight, and competitive analysis, with a focus on developing data-backed strategies.
Throughout her career, Theresa has established herself as a customer-centric go-to-market expert, utilizing her background in marketing research and data analytics. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Theresa spent two years as a senior sales account manager at Nestlé Health Science. In this role, she worked closely with internal and external partners to identify and action against whitespace opportunities in personal wellness.
Previously, she was a senior category development manager at The Bountiful Company, where she worked with clients such as Walgreens, Rite Aid, and the Convenience Channel. Earlier in her career, she was a digital strategist for an advertising technology agency in Chicago and a retail consultant with Nielsen.
Theresa holds a BA in Marketing Communication with honors from Columbia College Chicago.
