Michael brings deep experience as a C-suite leader in the Consumer, Paper & Packaging as well as Professional Services sector. He has successfully managed businesses across various geographies for accelerated growth mainly through Transformation, Digitalization and Internationalization. Based on his previous experiences, Michael will mainly support clients in the consumer, industrial as well as professional services industry on a national and international level with a special focus on companies undergoing a digital transformation process. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Michael was a CEO for CEE and later for France in a globally leading professional media group. He successfully accelerated the digital transformation, streamlined operations and repositioned the product portfolios in both geographies. As a President of a leading e-learning company in the US, Michael also gained a deep understanding for complex cultural transformations in major blue-chip organizations. Earlier in his career Michael was an Exco Member in two Business Units as well as a member of the extended board of a leading European paper and packaging group. Michael holds a master of the economic university of Vienna. Furthermore, Michael participated in a wide range of executive programs along his career. Michael has lived and worked in Vienna, Paris and New-York. He is fluent in German, English and French.
