Mike brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic sourcing, transportation, supply chain, and cost reduction for both indirect and direct materials across a variety of industries. He has deep expertise in indirect-cost reduction and in building and scaling strategic sourcing teams. In addition to consulting experience, he started and led the development of True Value's indirect strategic sourcing department and merchandise-COGS-reduction team. Mike has delivered savings for clients in the manufacturing, logistics, retail, consumer goods, and public sectors. Mike has an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern's McCormick School of Engineering.
