Biography
Kelley Brack Jamison is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles' Los Angeles office and a founding member of the Private Equity Practice. Her executive search practice focuses on serving the private equity and alternative investments sectors as a global relationship manager.
Kelley has deep, trusted relationships with her blue-chip private equity clients, advising them proactively on talent management strategies across their private equity, credit, natural resources, and real estate platforms. Over the course of her 25-year career, Kelley has conducted hundreds of board, CEO, CFO, investment professional, operating partner, and senior advisor searches for her clients and their portfolio companies.
Kelley co-founded Heidrick & Struggles’ Private Equity Practice in the late 1990s, making it one of the premier private equity leadership search firms in the world. After her initial 14-year tenure with Heidrick & Struggles, she spent a decade with two other global executive search firms before returning “home” to Heidrick & Struggles in 2021.
In addition to her global coverage responsibilities, Kelley has a talent-centric approach to the executive search business, proactively building lasting relationships with important leaders and rising stars, deepening the firm’s knowledge of top talent pools, and delivering unparalleled access to talent to her private equity and board clients. She is a member of both the Global CEO & Board of Directors and the Financial Officers practices.
