Together with top management teams, Jeroen works to improve organizational performance by aligning people strategy and organizational design to the overall company strategy. Typical assignments involve the design and implementation of strategy turnarounds, restructurings, and post-merger integrations. Prior to joining the advisory business of Korn Ferry, Jeroen was business owner of Athlan HR Services, where he accumulated and widened his professional experience as management consultant in the human resources domain. Jeroen also served as HR Director in two leading legal firms in the Netherlands. His core competencies are organizational design, work measurement and strategic reward management. Previous work of Jeroen includes leading a post merger integration of two major Dutch insurance companies, winning trade unions and Works Council approval for the implementation. For a fast-growing multinational software implementation company Jeroen advised the top team on a new organization design, including definition and sizing of roles and assessment of fit of current and new incumbents with the new roles. Jeroen partners with several key accounts in the Telecom and Semi-conductor industries, based on long-term relationships. For a number of clients Jeroen led organizational benchmarking projects to identify and investigate gaps and anomalies. Jeroen holds a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam (the Netherlands) and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of Groningen (the Netherlands).
