Over the last decade, Suzzane has completed countless financial officer assignments for Russell Reynolds Associates, establishing herself as a leading voice in her community. Suzzane currently serves on the Board & CEO Advisory Partners Sector and previously led the European Financial Officers Practice. Suzzane has more than 30 years of experience as a trusted advisor, working with boards on financial officer appointments and succession planning/team assessment. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, she was Head of the European Financial Officers Practice at a leading global executive search firm. Earlier, Suzzane established the CFO practice of a specialist global search firm, where she was a Partner. Suzzane received her BA (Hons) in English and American literature from the University of East Anglia.
