Troy joined Sightcast Recruiting Group in 2012, prior to the company name change. He achieved National Rookie of the Year in his very first year. Previously, Troy has several years of sales experience. His desire to uncover and meet the clients’ needs and build lasting relationships is a high priority. Honesty and integrity are the foundation of Troy's work ethic and background. In the past, Troy was nominated by his clients for the American Advertising Association as Best Area Sales Representative in the Victoria Market. Troy has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Louisiana Tech and a Master of Fine Arts from Purdue University. Down time for Troy, includes being an amateur gardener, quiet time listening to classic vinyl records, and cheering on his family in their passions.
