Biography
Mr. Huber's focus is on helping organizations improve performance by developing leaders and improving organizational structures and processes. He is experienced with assessing and coaching around competencies, facilitating leadership development programs, and identifying and creating viable career paths for succession and development.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Huber was part of the Organization Development team at AlliedSignal, a litigation project manager with Genentech, a leading biotechnology firm, and a manager and merchandise buyer at Macy's.
Mr. Huber earned an MBA with a concentration in strategic human resources management from the University of Southern California, a BS in psychology and retail management from Santa Clara University, and a certificate in training and human resource development from the University of California, Berkeley.
