Ms. Chapa has nearly 20 years of experience in the consulting arena, helping organizations in the decision making process to drive business results. As a consultant, Ms. Chapa has participated in many projects including strategic compensation, risk assessments, talent management, benefits strategy, change management and mergers and acquisitions. The combination of her career experiences in both consulting and in corporates, allows Ms. Chapa to bring experience, knowledge, technical skills, and high-impact strategic consulting, to add value to clients, and produce measurable business results. Her background as an actuary provides Ms. Chapa experience in benefits consulting, risk management and strategic compensation. Ms. Chapa led the M&A initiative in other consulting firms achieving comprehensive knowledge in complex transformation and integration projects, as well as building strategic interventions with large organizations. Ms. Chapa holds a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial ScienceS and a Master degree in Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de Mexico (ITAM). She has concluded post-graduate studies in Top Management by IPADE Business School (Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas).
